NO CRY, MUMMY!

It is an emotional moment for any parent when their child achieves something monumental.

When you have spent day after day, month after month – even years – watching your child tirelessly try and try and try again with a steely determination to succeed and you know that all you need is to keep patient, never under estimate, encourage and wait, it is impossible to see them write their name for the first time without feeling a little tearful.

It is a hard concept for any 5 year old to grasp but I explained to Seb that I was so proud of his achievement it made me cry. His response was “no cry mummy” (which obviously made me cry even more!).

What a fantastic way to end the working week! Happy weekend everyone and keep the faith x x
